What kind of warranty does Sahne offer on its jewelry?
All Sahne pieces come with a 14-day official limited warranty starting from the day you make your purchase. Our lifetime color and plating warranty applies only to stainless-steel pieces, keeping them looking fresh and gorgeous through your everyday glow.
Materials like brass and 925 silver aren’t covered under this warranty, and it also doesn’t apply to wear-and-tear from regular use or any damage caused by dropping or hitting the piece on a hard surface. If you ever receive something that feels off or defective, you can register it within 14 days by reaching out to the Sahne support team.

Sahne is proudly based in Lahore, where all the magic happens. For now, we are operating exclusively online, so you can shop comfortably from anywhere — no matter where you are in Pakistan.
Does Sahne have any retail stores?

Materials + Products
What materials do you use?
We only use top of the line material grades and genuine PVD Vacuum and Electroplating.
Our jewellery is water, heat, sweat resistant, so there is no discolouring or tarnishing under usual circumstances. It's also hypoallergenic which means no green skin, as it does not contain nickel.
All of our products are thoroughly tested before, during and after production for quality and durability.
Size Guide
Bracelet Size Guide:
Measure your wrist in inches with a tape measure. If you do not have one, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist and mark with a pencil where the ends of the paper meet. Use a ruler to measure the flat strip of paper in inches.
Ring Size Guide:
- Use a string / wire and wrap it around the thickest part of your finger.
- Cut or hold the pin point and put it to a scale.
- Measure the size in MM.
- Refer to the Russet ring size chart.
How careful should I be with water / moisture?
We have ensured that our products are made from the highest quality and most durable materials. Only our stainless steel jewelry is completely waterproof, sweat-proof and heatproof. However for other precious metals, to maintain your pieces for a longer lifespan, you will want to keep away from any harsh chemicals. We do recommend that you dry your item as soon as possible using a cloth towel after getting wet.
Returns + Exchanges
Sahne's Policy
Sahne offers a 14-day window for exchanges or returns, starting from the day your order arrives at your doorstep.
If you’d like to exchange an item, you have two options:
- You can send the product back to our return address yourself, or
- You can contact our support team to arrange an exchange pickup.
This pickup service carries a small PKR 250 charge.
Please note that Sahne isn’t responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or delivery charges related to returning or exchanging an order. All return/exchange costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We always recommend using tracked shipping or requesting a proof of postage, just to keep things safe — we aren’t able to refund or exchange items that get lost on their way back to us.
Any orders returned after the 14-day window will be sent back to the customer.

Please ensure that you obtain and keep your proof of postage receipt for your returned item/s, in the event that the return is lost during transit back to us, we are then able to process your request.
Without the proof of postage receipt, we are unable to honor the return request in the event the return is lost in transit.
Can I exchange for another size?
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please get in touch with us and include:
- Your order number.
- The new size you wish to receive.
We will ship you the new desired item size for free. However, you are responsible for the shipment of the item that you wish to exchange.
How long is my return / exchange going to take?
As soon as we receive your returned item/s we will start to process your exchange within 3-5 days. You can put an inquiry with our moderators whether or not your return has been received.
