All Sahne pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects by a 14-day official limited warranty from the date of purchase. A lifetime color/plating warranty is restricted to stainless steel pieces only. Materials such as brass, 925 silver etc are not covered under this warranty. 

This warranty covers manufacturing and color/plating defects, not including damage caused by:

• excessive wear.
• lack of care.

During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Sahne to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.

Sahne will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either 1 time

• repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.
• refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.

Sahne shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Sahne. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Sahne’s property.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies to all pieces manufactured by Sahne. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by

• accident
• abuse
• misuse
• misapplication
• use of non-Sahne products.

Do not expose your jewelry to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:

• liquid silver polish
• pools
• hot tubs
• salt water
• spas

Avoid sleeping while wearing your jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Sahne piece.Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your piece.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF SAHNE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SAHNE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO SAHNE RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
